Shallots Classification using CNN

Shallots are an essential plant for the commercial and home industries included in Allium genus. Choosing type of onion based on characteristics is very easy humans to do but not spice industry; therefore, machines will replace human limitations recognizing shallots industry. Inspired by success research classification using SVM, we propose CNN tackle problem classifying types shape texture features. This study uses method's performance categorize different varieties their In a shallot test, our approach promises higher accuracy lower loss than standard machine techniques.
